Is high AHM level better than low...?

Hi I’ve a high AHM level - 70.
I’m 35 yo.
Does anyone have any success stories with such a high AHM level...? TTC for 7 months,
Nothing so far.
The more I read the more it seems that lower AHM count means better egg quality....?

I don't think it makes a massive difference unless you're going through treatment because then you're likely to respond very well and there's a risk of OHSS (my AMH is very high and we got about 30 eggs from an IVF cycle). I think it can also be indicative of PCO (not sure about PCOS but presume you would know if you had symptoms of that too) but, again, I don't think PCO makes a massive difference. For what it's worth, our IVF cycle didn't work out but I got pregnant naturally in the end.
