TTC - Implantation Symptoms?

Hello! Wondering if anyone can help please. I know the answer is to be patient but I am confused!

I'm 31, have been TTC for 6 months. This month, I did not start my period on the day my planner indicated, but the day after I had some spotting. I have been spotting now for 2 days (nothing on pantyliner) with no clots at all. So I am now 3 days late, in my 26 day cycle.

I do temp/chart and I think I started spotting 13 dpo, which seems quite late to be implantation spotting. I am so regular every month though so this is really unusual for me. I also feel quite sick, tired and have had an awful headache (I am wondering if this is due to the US election - lol). I also have a bizarre ringing in my ears which may be totally unrelated...

I took a test yesterday which was negative. I have since learned that if it were implantation spotting, a test would not show a result for 3 - 5 days after.

I just wondered if anyone else had experience with spotting around 2 weeks after ovulation? Or more than the suggested 6 - 10 dpo?

I felt quite stressed in the first 3 months but became more relaxed after that. I actually read a comment on here from someone which said "You have no reason to think you cannot get pregnant so stop stressing" - thanks to whoever that was! It helped.
