Hi ladies

I have never been one to enjoy exercise but have started doing some daily at home exercises in preparation for TTC/pregnancy. Thankfully am slim and eat pretty well but still feel unfit on minimum exertion!

What types of exercise do you do? Mine have mostly been muscular e.g. press ups, sit ups, lunges- i don't mind feeling the burn but can't stand getting out of breath so trying to avoid cardio...
