No peak on OPK

Hello!

I’m having a strange month, after clear peaks every other cycle my LH seems to go up to around 0.5 then drop again to 0.3. Currently cd18. Normally ov 14-16 at latest!

Regular cycles bar one.

I’m holding pee for 3 hours, not drinking the 3 hours prior and doing multiple a day to catch a sharp peak to no avail.

Anyone had this?

Hi! I never catch my peak (well, I did once), but I know I have them because my temperature rises and confirms ovulation. You might be having an odd month where you haven't ovulated yet, and you will get a late ovulation and a longer cycle.

Thanks @Kay00. I’ve caught it every other month even though it’s quick. Might have missed it despite lots of peeing!

I had some ewcm but not much. Maybe I’m just not ovulating!
