Hey guys!

Feel like im going insane! Been trying to conceive since April this year and nothing!!! Im only 25 so i thought it would happen straight away but nope.

Came off the pill, tried tracking my period but ive only had 2 since April - Recently been to the doctors and have been told I have PCOS, though due to covid they cant do a scan to confirm so I've been referred to a fertility clinic and am currently on metformin and im also taking myova as i saw good reviews about it!

Anyone else in the same boat? feel like im going insane waiting and worrying it will never happen!

I don't know much about PCOS so I can't comment on that but I didn't want to not respond! My sister who doesn't have any fertility issues took a year to fall pregnant after coming off the pill.

Please don't drive yourself mad, probably easier said than done though, it can sometimes just take a while!

Hi Op,
I have PCOS, was diagnosed in 2014.
My periods were every 90-100 days so I knew I needed to get them on track before monitoring my ovulation.

I did try myova for a bit but found it didn't do much, so switched over to Myo & D Chiro Inositol 40:1 ratio. Its very effective for PCOS (well I found it was anyway).
I also was taking vitamin D3 and Evening Primrose Oil alongside it every day.
After about 2 or 3 months my periods became more regular (every 37 days) and I was able to start tracking my ovulation, which enabled me to get pregnant.
I have to also mention that I started excersising regularly and upped my water intake quite a lot, alongside the supplements. I'm not sure if you are quite healthy and active anyway?

This combo may not work for you, but it did for me. Please feel free to PM me if you have any questions

Hello,

I was diagnosed with PCOS in March last year and was pregnant by January this year, currently waiting for my little boy who is now one week overdue! SmileSmile

Just wanted to let you know that there is hope! My periods were once every 3 months roughly. I also took Myova and would recommend, it may have been a coincidence but I got my first period in months a few days after taking.

I was also in fairly good shape health and fitness wise as was training for a marathon so think that helped too.

Just wanted to drop a line to say that there is hope! Lots of my friends with pcos have also conceived, it just takes a little bit longer.

Good luck
