Hi everyone!

Going into our second cycle TTC, stumbled across the SMEP and a lot of couples seem to have had success with it. Has anyone else heard of this/trying it this cycle? X

I think I am 13DPO if I calculate it from when I felt ovulation pain. But my opk was broken this month, so I can only guess.

@HoneysuckleHalliana amazing! Was this the first test you did? Did you follow smep?

@mommyofone2019 we did follow smep as closely as we could. Though with a toddler around, we were too knackered to follow it 100%. This was the my first test, I didn't have any frers at hand. Plus from my experience in my last pregnancy I found that the written words of the CB just seem far more definitive.

Did you have any implantation bleeding ?

@mommyofone2019 No IB at all. I did have some with my DD, but nothing this time. Just some cramping around 9DPO and exhaustion this past week.

Who else is on 2ww? I think I am, despite not having a blazing positive OPK, but we are going to continue DTD and daily OPK just in case xx

I'm now 9dpo someone please give me the willpower not to test. It's far too early.

We used that method for second dc. Our first took 13 months to conceive but dc 2 was on 3rd cycle.

anon0704 It was actually our first cycle, which is why I was caught out with a broken opk and no frers. Feel really really lucky to have caught so soon and hoping that it sticks. Good luck with smep x

@Pollyell Unfortunately not. But my cycle is pretty regular so I knew when my fertile week was going to be. And ended up using ovulation pain as an indicator of the LH surge and DTD on consecutive days as smep suggests.

IME the 3 consecutive days of DTD are the crucial bit.

I'm on 11DPO today. Af due Monday. Have had the odd cramp/belly ache and random lower left pain. But that's it's.
Yesterday when I wiped after a wee (sorry tmi) and again today, there had been a bit of brown on the toilet paper. So now I'm in over drive thinking could this be implantation?
Really hoping it's not AF about to turn up.

I'm trying so hard @HoneysuckleHalliana and @pollyell. Was quietly confident yesterday for some reason that this was our month but today I'm feeling the opposite. The roller-coaster of emotions is driving me mad. X

@Memcf2 @mommyofone2019 Oh hod your so good for not testing yet! It's all I keep thinking about and I'm only 8dpo however this month I'm just going to wait to see if I come on.
Anyone feeling anything? I have a feeling that I'm not, I think you just know if you are. When I had a CP in July before I tested I just knew I was, this would be my 4th so I kind of knew leading up to it with the symptoms I had especially a pulling pain in my womb that I would get at night! I've had it every time with my other 3. Not this month tho 😂😫

@HollowayL31 I had sore and very veiny breasts yesterday and just felt super positive. Today I feel the same as you. Just feel like I'm not. I realllly want to test have a frer but feel it's too early to get a reliable result as only 9dpo.

I’m definitely out but I’m gonna gear myself up for next month. My AF has been so intense this month 😭

Well ladies I'm out! Af arrived this morning and wasn't due until Monday/Tuesday!
Cycles seem to be all over the show this last few months. Convinced it's the pregnacare tables I'm taking. Can I ask what tablets/vitamins you are taking?

Im CD 14 and in fertile window, had headaches, dull cramps down below and sore nipples...not using opk still but as we BD last night i might do again tonight incase 😅 lots of love xxx

I’m very new to OPKs. When is the best time to use them? We’ve started the plan and BD’d last night (CD8). Skipping tonight and starting OPKs tomorrow (CD10). Thanks :)
