Hi, new to posting here!
Just wondered if anyone has much info on ewcm?
I know what it is, looks like etc. Looking to see if anyone can share when they normally have it and for how long.
We weren’t able to have sex until Saturday night and I had ewcm on Thursday and Friday so wondering if was too late? I assume it means it is, but also read others saying they ovulate after the ewcm is first seen.

Thanks in advance

Hi @Noirberry19 I have EWCM 4/5 days before I ovulate. Then I go bone dry for a couple of days. TMI lol

As I understand it it’s a sign you are in your fertile window which can last s a few days, not that you are about to ‘pop’ Instantly. So you may still have been on time.

A mid wife did tell me once you see the EWCM to get on and DTD. 🤣

It’s best to DTD a few times in the run up to the time you are going to ovulate, better to have sperm waiting for the egg As they can live a lil longer.

Good luck on your TTC journey!

Never ever had any that I noticed and managed to conceive many times just fine. Don't let it become another ttc issue to worry about!!

Thank you both for your replies!

😂 good advice lol. We’re going to dtd next few days anyway just in case.

Reassuring, as I thought we may have missed our chance this month. Fingers crossed 🤞🏼 thanks again!

Best advice is don't let on to dh it's The Right Time to dtd. Just make a play for him because he is simply irresistible!!
Good sex, no pressure from him to perform. And no big let down if it doesn't work that month...
