Feeling like I've got no chance :(

Hey,

So After an abnormally long cycle for me, following a early loss last month, my DP and I decided to try self insemination this month to try and take the pressure away from 'performing' for DP, and to also try to aid BD'ing this month as unfortunately I've had a recent injury meaning it's really hard to do the deed 'normally'😆🤦‍♀️

Unfortunately whilst tracking my ovulation, I had absolutely no indication of a blazing OPK so didn't realise that I was actually in my fertile window last week, so we didn't DTD at all..

I got a static smiley on my CB ovulation tests on Thursday, so we tried self insemination then, and we also did the same last night as I had a static smiley then, too..

I just worry that this isn't enough to have covered the ovulation window, and that our chances are therefore really slim for this month 🤔😔

Wondering if anybody has had any success with this method? 🤷‍♀️💓

Morning. Sounds good if you've done it twice on a static smiley. Why do you think you had a positive OPK last week? Do you BBT track? I dont think it sounds like your out at all!

@AMS19 that's reassuring, thank you! I didn't get even a hint of a positive last week, both on the CB and the OPK strips I was using, which is why the sudden static smiley on Thursday was such a shock!
I'm currently CD 32 so it's a really late ovulation for me. Just hoping we have done all we can 🤷‍♀️☹️ xx

@AMS19 I was the same last month, was adamant that I was pregnant really early on in the TWW! Turns out I was but our little one grew their wings 👼 wishing you the best of luck! Xx
