Hi all

So I'm currently cycle day 29 and have had absolutely no sign of ovulation at all..
Not only that, but I have also got no sign of pregnancy or AF either, so I'm stuck in this horribly long cycle with no sign of an end 😔

I'm just feeling a bit fed up, and really down 😭 we want our little 🌈 baby more than ever and it just seems so out of reach. Life has played us such an unfair hand 😔

I've been feeling:

• sick
• nauseous
• cold-like
• achey teeth
• very tired

It feels like my body is just playing tricks on me 😔😤 anybody else been through the same?!

Just taken a internet cheapie and it's negative of course ☹️😔

I’m so sorry to hear you are going through this. I had a Mmc in Aug and no luck since can feel signs of AF! I was actually speaking to my friend last night who had help conceiving (not ivf just tracking cycles ) they just told her to focus on EWCM as OPKs are not that reliable ( she had a baby last week btw). Have you had blood test to check you are ovulating?

I haven't had a blood test, no.. I wonder if I should get one organised?
I know I definitely ovulated as we fell last month, but this cycle is all over the place and it's awful ☹️

I've just taken an ovulation test this evening, it's one of the darkest I've had this cycle I think! I seem to get darker and then it tails off and goes really light again - almost like I'm gearing up for ovulation but my body can't do it 🤔🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️

I had to have a d and c in August and had a period 4 and a half weeks later, I did not ovulate btw the D and C and my first period after the mmc. The consultant actually told me to expect not to ovulate. I did however ovulate in Sept and Oct and have had no luck so far 😢 we got pregnant first month trying in May so I tried not to have high expectations but it’s hard not to

I’m not sure about chemical pregnancy but I imagine they all just take a toll on our body and hormones for a little while

@WaitingforBFP I'm so sorry you have been / are going through the same. It's honestly so heartbreaking. All around me at the moment seems to be baby announcements and pregnancy related adverts etc everywhere I turn. It's hard 😭🥺

I'm sure that a loss will probably have had an effect of us for sure, it just adds to the grief though doesn't it 😔

Yes two of my best friends are pregnant at the minute , one with twins and the other is due a week after when I was due. I miscarried at 12 weeks😢 but both of those girls had mmc and the other an ectopic and look at them now 😊

@WaitingforBFP its just so bittersweet isn't it, but like you've said there must be some good in this and light at the end of the tunnel, although it doesn't seem like it miracles do happen! 💓🥰

Might you be better with the flashing smiley face ovulation sticks? I found those really effective when we were TT.

@justanotherneighinparadise that's true, I used them along side my OPK strips last month and managed to catch my peak, I run out so fast though, and especially this cycle as it's so long! Xx

I’ve given up with the OPKs as I haven’t had a positive on them for a while. I use the clear blue digital and temp now.

Sorry to hear you are feeling fed up, I’m the same. Trying for over a year and had an ectopic earlier this month. Hoping a quick happy outcome for us both xx
