Late....

I came off my pill in August, had my first period on the 22nd September which ended on the 25th.

I had unprotected sex on the 3rd, 10th and 11th October.

I have still not had my period but have taken a test and it was negative. I took the test on Thursday of Friday last week.

Are my periods messed up because of the pill?

I had the exact same problem only I had the implant and waiting for my period to come back was one of the worst nervous experiences ever I thought there was something wrong with me when it didn't arrive after I got the implant out it took a month to come back best thing to do is relax and it is very hard to do but sometimes you need to take a deep breath and carry on but I have herd of most people getting their bfp immediately after they come off birth control you can get ovulation sticks to track ovulation or a thermometer to track your bbt for ovulation and I've herd it's the best way to find out if you are pregnant but I strongly advice waiting on your period to arrive before starting either of those. Just wondering if it was a false negative or if my periods are still messed up from the pill!!

I came off the pill after 12 years and it took months for my periods to get back to normal. My cycles were really long 36-40 days initially

Yeh it could easily be your pill. My periods and cycle length were pretty erratic for several months after.
