Ovulation stick help

I have tried googling but it still isn't clear to me so wondered if anyone could help.

Been TTC for 6 months so a friend recommended trying ovulation tests, I have bought a load of the cheap strip ones and started testing on day 9. Finally got a faint line on Saturday which was stronger on Sunday but has now disappeared again today. Does this mean I am likely to have ovulated already or I am about to?

Thanks for replying, I will keep testing and see what happens. Does a positive mean you are ovulating or going to ovulate soon? I had some pain on Saturday so maybe it has been and gone. Dtd on sat and sun night so hoping haven't missed it.
