So I had a baby 3 months ago my first periods came 8 weeks after giving birth I was due 7 days ago but no periods I have been using contraception and did a pregnancy test and it was a BFN so I shouldn't be pregnant right? Sorry I am just a person who worries so much

You shouldn't be, no. It's probably just that your periods haven't settled down yet after the baby. If there's no period in a week you could do another test but it sounds very unlikely that you're pregnant.
