Hi all,
Hope you are well :-)
This might be totally totally in my head!
We are TTC and I have calculated I am about 7/8 days post ovulation, and my boobs are really really sensitive and heavy (sorry if TMI) and I feel sooooooo tired! Eek! Trying to figure out if it’s in my head or not, surely it’s far too early to feel symptoms?!?! Maybe wishful thinking! Thanks xxx

Hi sunny4124

I’m dpo9 I think and I have had cramps and pulling, backache, tired and sore big boobs progressing since ovulation.

I believe a lot of the symptoms are due to progesterone increasing, but whether it is higher when you have conceived? I’m not sure. I think online i read it stares that progesterone levels can be higher when you gave conceived which is why people get symptoms they wouldn’t get if not pregnant. Until implantation you won’t get any “pregnancy” symptoms though.

I hate the 2ww. I just posted another thread asking for help. I felt like my “symptoms” gave me hope but I did an opk to test for any hcg and it was negative. So does that mean you are out the game? Temperature still up at 36.9 but I feel like I’m out. I had a miscarriage at 18 weeks recently and am desperate to get pregnant again!

What I don’t get is if you have cramps after ovulation surely that’s a positive sign? Can there be any other reason for cramps during this time? It’s like a week To 10 days before AF!

Both times i felt extremely tired maybe 2-3 days po! Sore boobs didn't happen for me until about 6 weeks pregnant. I remember saying to my OH about 3 dpo that i hadn't felt this tired since i was pregnant, we both laughedGrin

If you feel really tired this time round as you did before then that’s a good sign!

When will you test?

Sunny4124 · 25/10/2020 22:23

Hi! Thanks for both responses :-)

@Puppylove10
This 2WW is driving me around the bend! It’s my first cycle of trying this time, I need to get a grip lol 🤦‍♀️ It’s interesting that you have similar symptoms to me :-)
Re the ovulation tests, I’m clueless really as I’ve never used them (I just use an app) so can’t advise what that means.
I’m sorry about your previous miscarriage. I had one at 14 weeks in Dec 2018. (I also have a 4 year old little girl).

So I’m due AF on Monday 2nd-ish, and I’m going to test then :-) When do you think you’ll test, seems it might be around the same time? Good luck 😘xxx

@strawberriesunited
Ahhhhh that’s so interesting it was so early! I am totally knackered and I reckon I’m about 6dpo. With my little girl I remember being knackered and boobs hurting, but only after missed period, not quite this early. But maybe now I know what I’m looking for a bit more?!

Argh- just need to be patient. I don’t want to do a super early test as it’ll stress me out if it’s unclear..... gonna wait until Monday 2nd (when I’m due on!) to test :-) xxx

You are very controlled if you can wait that long :)

It’s horrible that so many people have them. It just makes being pregnant a horrible stressful experience!

I am due Saturday so will wait and see. I tested today and got a really faint positive so dpo10 but I’ve had that before where I get a few tests that darken but then it doesn’t stick so not getting my hopes up until after AF.

Sunny4124 · 27/10/2020 18:50

@Puppylove10 Ooh that sounds hopeful, I have my fingers crossed for you!

I guess I could test earlier than when period is due but I don’t want to stress myself out if it’s unclear! Due Monday, I might test Saturday or Sunday?! This wait is driving me crazy, and boobs are still sore and I’m still knackered.

Yes I know so many people who’ve had MC. Sorry about what you went through. Ours sort of went all wrong at the dating scan (which was late so 14 weeks) 😭 But then I had a stress free pregnancy with my daughter previous to that, so I’m hopeful for a repeat of that :-) Good luck :-) xxx
