Pregnacare and TTC

So I've just had a thought... been ttc baby no 2 since May, haven't been on hormonal contraception since 2017 but my periods didn't return to any kind of pattern until I stopped breastfeeding dd in april. April-August my cycles were 28 days, since I started taking pregnacare they have varied 29-31 days and this month I had some strange symptoms that I never usually get before af. Af cramping from 6 days before my period arrived and feeling very bloated. It took us 13 months to get a bfp 1st time and I've just suddenly realised that it was the month I stopped taking pregnacare that I got pregnant.
Was this just a coincidence or has anyone else found similar while taking pregnacare?

Lots of threads about pregnacare affecting cycle length and making people feel ill

I've googled it and come across lots of people saying the same or similar. How annoying if that's why we're taking so long to get pregnant Confused
