can someone please explain about cervical positions....

ive read a few people use this to check progress so i thought i would give it a go

My cervix is very very high almost out of reach and quite soft.....

does anyone know what this means? I had a m/c 5 weeks ago and noticed that it was quite low down and very open but now its the opposite thanks xx

thats whats making me check tbh as we decided not to wait and get straight back to the ttc
