Another bbt chart

Had my coil out on September 1st. Had a bleed 7-11 September. Then think I had another bleed, though light flow and very dark in colour 28 sept to 2nd October.

My cb ovulation tests were picking up lh surges last week although my cheapies weren't.

And then this chart. I've been temping since the 9th but it seems so all over the place.

I am so confused what is going on in my body.

Did the CB detect oestrogen surges rather than LH maybe? Either way your chart seems anovulatory so far. It's not uncommon after stopping contraceptives though, so keep at it! I would however recommend Fertility Friend for BBT tracking as femometer's scales are too big to show patterns as well plus the calculations tend to be less accurate. FF also takes into account things like EWCM, opks and cervix positions into setting an ovulation date.

What method of tempting are you using, vaginally or orally? are you taking your temperture the same time each day?

My chart was very simular to yours for the first 3 months after coming of BC and I didnt know if i was doing something wrong, if it was hormonal related or if my thermometer was busted (spent a small fortune replacing)

I switched to vaginal Tempting for an experiment and I will never go back. Found my charts settled into a clearer pattern, I had less fluctuations and could easily see when I had ovulated (also the bleeping didnt wake my partner as the sheets kinda muted it lol which I was conscious about)

I am of course no way an expert but I hope this helps x x good luck
