I have a FRER coming in the post today. I saved some first morning urine in a pot from earlier (don’t judge me!). Will this still be ok to use if it isn’t fresh? Or should I just do a new urine sample label? I know first morning urine is best as has more of the pregnancy hormones in!

That should be fine! I don't think it has to be fresh - I"ve done that before. Good luck!!

FMU is actually a bit of a myth, the later you test the more pregnant you are, if that makes sense, just as long as you test after a few hours hold and don’t drink a ton of water beforehand, a later test will give you better chances of a positive
