40+, regular 28 cycle suddenly changes to 30 days then 32

Hello

Can anyone offer any wisdom. I'm 41 in january and we've been TTC for dc3 since February, with early-ish miscarriage in the May. I have always been blessed with a regular 28 day period, never much variation and then suddenly last month it was 30 and this month 32 days.

Totally thrown me for a loop. I suppose, I'm just beginning to panic that this is early menopause onset. Any thoughts? Anyone had similar experience?

One other thought it that they are super early miscarriages and it just takes slightly longer for the period to come after this? Clutching at straws here
