Nosebleeds before bfp

Hello,
Had a peak OPK on the 14th so I would be 5 or 6 DPO today.
Today and yesterday I've had 2 nosebleeds. I haven't had a nosebleed in over 10 years. Wondering if anyone had anything similar? I saw online before something about nosebleeds and wanted to hear your experience
