Hey guys! I've followed a lot of threads but hadn't seen a recent one on heart rates. My cycle has been around 50-52 days long 🙃 and my rest bpm has been up and down the best few weeks. Literally stressing me out. Any clue on if there's possible hope this round?? Not a clue if ive ovulated :(
