Ok quick back story
I have three children (yes I'm blessed) ages 17/13/10 months
We are very keen to have another baby (the last)
I've always been very very lucky and fell pregnant very very quickly however this time 4 months no luck! AF started today and I feel very down about it! I'm healthier than when I fell pregnant with my youngest stopped smoking two years don't drink even socially (no socialising thanks covid!) weigh less! Is it y age (37) I just don't know ! My partner is 25 so assuming his sperm ok fell preg with my 10 mo after first month! I used ovulation sticks this time and they showed flashing smileys for 6 days then I ran out however my cycle was 28 days so I assume flo is closer to ovulation (will attach pic)
So I'm thinking from day 7 if we Littally have sex every day for two weeks surely that should do us!! Rather than stressing over sticks etc
Does anyone have a opinion
And I am keen to fall preg asap due to personal reasons which I rather not go into (nothing to do with fertility) I appreciate I'm blessed with theee etc I don't want to offend anyone xxx

The NHS suggests intercourse every 2-3 days throughout the cycle, as there is evidence from NICE that tracking ovulation can cause excess stress.
Having said that, if you are in a hurry, then you may want to maximise your chances and to do that you have to make sure your timing is as good as it gets. So ovulation sticks might be helpful in that respect.
Best of luck whichever way you choose to go about it! 🧚‍♀️
