Hi everyone, I wondered if anyone has experienced similar?
I was on the mini pill for 14 years and came off on 10 August, had a (very light) bleed into 24 August and my first period on 24 September. I’ve been using Natural Cycles and FF to compare. My Natural Cycles app predicted I’d ovulate on CD22 (I’ve attached FF chart as I find it easier to read). I got a CB digital peak on CD20. Had lots of EWCM that week (and lots of sex).
However I’m now worrying about ovulating later than everyone else seems to and having a short luteal phase. I’m also concerned that my BBT hasn’t spiked. I haven’t really seen any charts that are as low temp as mine which is worrying me. I’ve been temping vaginally this month as I sleep with my mouth open and got really low readings throughout September.
Does anyone have any advice, or has anyone experienced similar? This whole thing is leaving me quite frazzled! Thank you :)
