Anyone else ttc no 3 after a big age gap?

My daughters are 10.5 and 6.5 so this to me feels a relatively big gap like I'm a newbie to all of this!

Just waiting for my period to finish then we'll be on cycle one. I'm 32, dh is 40. Anyone want to join me?

Haha I’m going for a MUCH bigger age gap. I was far too young first marriage and I have 18 and 14 year old sons but now ttc with their step dad. Don’t know why I’m so bothered by it but it does worry me doing it all again. Equally super excited to experience parenthood all over again with my true soulmate! I’m 36 he’s 44 but we’re actually having a few issues as I’ve been diagnosed with abnormally thin uterine lining. Annoying but we just have to see what happens once I start my meds. I don’t think yours are too big an age gap. Exactly the same ages and me and my siblings were and it was perfect we loved it! Good luck I hope you don’t have too long to wait :)

Thats pretty much the age gap I had @dippyegg32. Had 2, thought we were done and then a verify moment 7 years later made me have DC3. It was weird starting again but lovely too. So much less overwhelming then you're first as you k ow what you're doing and the bonus of having proper baby time again when the older ones are at school (well, until DC4 surprised me and I went back to the exhausting baby and toddler stage).

My eldest is 10 in Jan and my youngest is 5 in two weeks. I wasn't fussed about another but DH wanted to have another and now I'm desperate to conceive 😂 my eldest was a happy accident, I was only 23. My youngest we were ttc for 2 months.

This is our 3rd month without contraception but our first month of properly trying. In fertile window at the moment. DH is 43 and I'm 33, I'm worried about DH's age.

It's only cd7 for me but I've had a flashing smiley on the clear blue ovulation. That seems really early, indicates I'll ovulate on cd9? we've dtd this morning though

Can I join in? I have a 4.5 year old DD with my exH and trying to conceive number 2 with my new partner. I guess it's not a huge gap, but I definitely feel out of the loop if TTC and babies generally. Excited and nervous currently!

This is my first cycle trying, but just just stopped the pill. Had my withdraw bleed 24/9 and think I may have ovulated around the 9/10th Which would make me around 11/12 dpo. However I didn't use OPKs or anything and am only basing it on having a bit of EWCM then. Could be my cycle is totally off this month having just stopped the pill and may or may not have ovulated yet! Dtd every 2-3 days so should cover whenever ovulation does occur...

That's very good going! We managed 3 days in a row just before ov. Last one was a struggle for DH 😂 I'm 4dpo now.

I am ttc no 3- I have a 13yr old and a 12 yr old. Sometimes I think we are nuts especially with how the world is right now. We have been trying for quite a while so I think there might be a problem somewhere unfortunately. Dp has been checked and all was well so now I am waiting for tests.
