Hi all,

Has anyone used any supplement type things while trying to conceive? Seven seas, conceiveplus etc.

Was thinking of trying one but I'm not sure they're worth it? Are they more for balancing hormones etc or do they really improve your chances?

Anyone had experience? Thank you 😊

After a year! I don’t think it’s necessary really if you’re eating a balanced diet but I just thought there’s a bit more of everything in there just incase I was deficient in anything.

It also makes your urine luminous yellow btw if you do use it!

I took whatever the recommended dose of folic acid was for a month or so before we started trying. Then once pregnant I took pregnacare but not until maybe 16-20 weeks or maybe even later.

With my second I wasn't even taking folic acid as we weren't planning on trying for another one just yet.

I don't know how much they do or don't help but I think folic acid is definitely the main one to make sure you take & that's more to help when your pregnancy is forming & developing I think rather than to aid actually getting pregnant.

Good luck! Smile
