Help with due date estimate

Hi,
So I've just found out that I'm pregnant with my second but I'm unsure how to work out my due date. I can't use my period as I came off the pill at the end of august and only had my withdrawal bleed, no actual period before becoming pregnant.
I had a negative test in Saturday 10th October and a positive on Thursday 15th October . The digital test I took today read 2-3 weeks.
Does anyone know the best way to guess my estimated due date? Should I just go with 2 weeks as of today which would actually make me 4 weeks?

I'd use your withdrawal bleed in place of a period date x

I wouldn't use your withdrawal bleed in place of a period in terms of your own calculations. But you might have to if the midwives need a date, just explain it's a withdrawal bleed rather than a period. And don't be surprised if your dates get put back a few weeks when you go for your 12-week scan as you'll probably be around 9-10 weeks by that point if they book you in with your withdrawal bleed date.

The CB today said 2-3 weeks so if all is well then that would make you 4-5 weeks pregnant. For now, I'd assume you're 4-5 weeks pregnant with a due date July 3rd-10th ish.

Congratulations!

If she's 4/5 weeks pregnant due date isn't July!

Waiting4another · 18/10/2020 03:13

I’d count 38 weeks from 1 October

DramaAlpaca · 18/10/2020 03:26

Yes, I agree with @Waiting4another. To get a positive test when you did I'd say you ovulated around 1st October so conceived around then. I'd estimate you'd be due around the second week of July.

Yeah, estimate yourself at 4 weeks pregnant. The ultrasound will date it for you anyway, but because you had a negative test so recently, it's unlikely you're more than 4-5 weeks along.

Congratulations by the way! How wonderful for you to fall straight off the pill!

I am 4+3 and am due 24th June. You will be around that, possibly a bit earlier.

MegaBloxRox · 18/10/2020 07:40

Just to add, I got my BFP on Tuesday 13th Oct

Buttons28 · 18/10/2020 09:40

Thanks for responding
I'm going to go with the last week of June and see what they say at the scan. At least you have helped me get a good idea. Thank you 😊
