Positive test but are weeks right?

So...10 years TTC
1 failed IVF cycle result on the 24th of Aug.1st day of bleed 29th Aug.
I have long cycles but sometimes some not so long. Anway the clinic advised to take norhisterng to bring on this bleed of which i was still waiting for on day 7. I did a test. I have NEVER seen a positive of which it was. I did another, still positive so i did the weeks one. 2-3 weeks.. My god im in shock.

My question is, intercause was mid September (cant remember the exact date because i gave up obsessing due to being told it would prob never happen naturally)
I had intercause dead on 2 weeks ago but that wouldnt show as yet at that many weeks would it and the midwife said i would have most likely ovulated in that 2nd to 3rd week of the mid sept intercause

Would this 2-3 week work out right, i then got a 3+ week result tonight

If you had sex 2 weeks ago and you did a test today saying 2-3 weeks, then it could be from the 2 weeks ago?
If it was mid September then you would be 5 weeks ish so should say 3+ although it's not that reliable I've heard. Unless it was later in September in which that would be about right?

Sorry just saw you got 3+ tonight so that would be anytime previous to 25th September which is about right?

Yes so the line was super dark straight away. Im getting sore boobs, im a bit windy, nausea on and off today.
3 weeks+ it said and that was tonight. The intercourse was mid September definately. So confusing all this. The intercauourse dead on 2 weeks ago it wouldnt have had time to implant and do all its jazz to then detect that well anyway and certainly wouldnt show at 3+weeks would it!

3 weeks plus means 3 weeks from conception. So you're currently classed as 5 weeks. So you must have ovulated approx 3 weeks ago. I got my 3 plus 20 days after ovulation. Congratulations. Xx
