Unexplained AMH & AFC results

Hi everyone,
I’m 38 and going through a separation / divorce right now. My husband and I split recently after (badly) ttc for 2 years (he was VERY reluctant in retrospect). It’s always been a point of contention and I should have left him sooner as it’s clear now he never wanted kids. Anyway, I continued with fertility tests despite our split (he refused to get a sperm test which I’m so angry about as now I don’t know if the problem was me or him). I got tests on the NHS and privately but no one explained what they mean or if they’re good/bad for my age. I’ve done extensive googling but really wanted to chat to some real people who might have gone through the same experience then conceived / had IVF / had any insights into the practical reality of these numbers. these were the results (I had some tests about a year ago then very recently):

AMH (Oct 2020) - 11.9 pmol
AFC (Oct 2020) - 10 total (4 one side, 6 the other)

FSH (Aug 2020) - 7.4
LH (Aug 2020) - 4.7
Oestradiol (Aug 2020) - 255
Progesterone (Aug 2020) - 44

AMH (Dec 2019) - 11.8 pmol

FSH (Sept 2019) - 6.6
LH (Sept 2019) - 6.4
Oestradiol (Sept 2019) - 225
Progesterone (Sept 2019) - 46

I’m a bit worried about the AMH and AFC? 10 follicles seemed low? And AMH perhaps lower than average for my age (based on google search). Everything else seems relatively normal? Should I feel reassured that the AMH is the same level as last year? I didn’t have AFC test until this week so I don’t know what it would have been in the past.

I’m currently weighing options - freezing eggs (seems a bit late), going it alone (big decision obviously) or waiting a year or so to see if anything happens with anyone else (worried about leaving it too late).

If anyone can give any insights / advice / support I’d be so so grateful!
Thank you!!

My AMH at 39 was 1.1 pmol and AFC was 4. I was told I was fertile buy simply not much time. Since then I've fallen pregnant twice, first try each time, latest time now age 41. With me it was simply my TSH, a thyroid test. It was 4, medication brought it under 2.5 and I've had no issues conceiving.

I met my DH not long after turning 37, first DC together age 38 after first try. After that his SA was fine, so we know the issues were my TSH.

Your tests look fine. I was told they prefer double figures for AMH and AFC. What CD was your progesterone taken? LH?

PS very sorry about your divorce, take care of yourself! Get support.

Thanks @Livingmagicallyagain, that’s really reassuring. Progesterone was done on day 21, LH and FSH etc was day 3. The AMH and AFC were done on day 7. I was told that can be done any day of the cycle but then later read it’s perhaps better to do early in cycle.
I’m actually feeling (surprisingly) good post separation - I don’t think I quite realised how miserable the relationship and his avoidance of the kids issue was making me. Hopefully onwards and upwards from here, I’m just worried about my age.
