OPKs first urine or not

I always thought you didn't use first urine of the day with an OPK as LH is usually released first thing in the morning and you won't see it in your urine for a few hours.

But both my fermometre and CB ones say to use it after your longest sleep???

Any advice

I’m using cb for the first time this month using fmu and I’ve had 8 days of high so was starting to give up hope of ovulation. However, done a cheak opk at lunch time and it’s almost positive so I’m thinking maybe try cb tonight and see if I get my peak x

Cb digital is defo first morning urine as it also measures your oestrogen x

If using a cheapy stick then I would test in the morning and around 3-4 pm i would get a more accurate result. If that looked positive or near i would then test around 6 or 7?
