@Katao yeah that's what I'm thinking. They can't say anything about me taking a ttc multivitamin surely 🙈mind you we could be waiting 6+ months plus so I'm sure we'll change our mind if that's the case 🤣

@Juno231 that's interesting, whenever I search I find bad reviews not good ones and I seem to remember a few ladies on here complaining about it ?

@Juno231 ya that would really annoy me! The majority of this ttc stuff falls to us women, wouldn't you think he could manage his side! Isn't it so annoying the way we are forced to be nags because they can't organise themselves (general rant here not all aimed at your OH 😂)

@lucyrp ya I'm sure it wouldn't be an issue. I did take seven seas earlier this year but only for a month and then was taking pregnacre but out of both now. Cant say I noticed either affect my cycle but have never been properly regular so hard to tell.

Morning ladies, I so feel for you @lucyrp it must be so annoying never knowing where you are. I’ve heard agnus castus is good for bringing on af like @Juno231 said and regulate you but I agree maybe not wise if waiting for a referral. Surely a TTC vitamin would be fine?
I need help! Still no af 15dpo not even a whiff of a line on a test. What is going on! BBT Chart shows I ovulated and I got a peak on CB digi that day too. I’m usually super regular and LP usually 12 days. Can anyone think of any reason why my LP has suddenly got long? 😩😩😩 I’ve got constant cramping but nothing else. I’ve attached chart in case anyone things they might have any ideas!

@Florence13 yeah unfortunately much longer for depo but not much choice so 🤷‍♀️

@Juno231 that's what my DH is like, just not really interested, then when I complain he's like "I'm so sorry" but still does nothing to change if, I have said it all falls on us etc & his response is "well it's not my fault I can't carry a baby" & mine was "well you weren't much more help when I couldn't carry one either!" It's just their entire attitude I think. Stinky. Can you try to DTD today to get them swimmers out?

@lucyrp that's what I've always taken, they are nice and small instead of the lobster size pregnancare ones which made me feel a bit queasy I think they are just vitamins though. I'm tempted to just go back to normal folic acid tbh that's what I took last time we did IVF in feb & I got pregnant 🤷‍♀️

@LaceyMermaid hm with the temp drop today maybe AF will start today? I never got a grasp on fluctuating LPs, mine moves around every month which FF kinda tells me off for 🤷‍♀️. Your chart looks right though ovulation wise I think!

@Juno231 yes it is slowly going down so 🤞🏻 something will occur today! Do you think stress can affect the LP? Put white knickers on today to goad AF into arriving 🤣🤣🤣

@Juno231 I did take vitamin b6 after ov do you think that could work so quickly to lengthen my LP?! God I need to stop taking random stuff I read about! Take note everyone! 🤣 @lucyrp @Vil10 @Katao don’t do it!

@Katao oh right yeah. I always used to be around the 28-31 day mark. Was every month anyway and now this !

@LaceyMermaid you would think so wouldn't you! Maybe the b6 has lengthened it already?

@Minster2012 yeah they are just vitamins but maybe I'm not getting enough of those through my diet ??!🤷🏼‍♀️ I take folic acid daily anyway and vitamin C and still nothing 😂

@LaceyMermaid the only bad reviews I've seen are for people who are already regular and I don't have that problem 😂

@lucyrp I think you’re safe to give it a go! Think I need to lay off the random tablets 🤣

@LaceyMermaid I'm going to wait until this cycle ends first though!

I may be on the straight and narrow for an end to this cycle. Marked all my abnormal temps up or removed them and all 3 of my apps are all predicting the same day for ovulation now.. which would be great as the only day we had sex this week was Tuesday which is when it thinks I've ovulated🤣

Here's ff too🤣I'm just going to leave now I feel and look like a crazy woman 😩🤣

@Juno231 so frustrating for you :( I now feel proud of my dh as his is on Monday and he's literally taken conte of everything. Is it possible your OH has "taken care" of it himself without wanting you to know?

@Juno231 babe, I feel your pain! I had to remind mine as well, but he did do it, but he wouldn't have if it wasn't for me saying. They're frustrating aren't they! I had to tell mine this morning what to ask in his urologist appointment on weds as I knew he'd have done no research himself and I was right 🤦🏾‍♀️

@lucyrp that is bad! Was it from amazon? My FRERs usually turn up in bashed up boxes from amazon but never actually open 😕

@2020mission yeah from Amazon, mine are always bashed up too but the seal is completely broken and the box is collapsed 😬

@LaceyMermaid when i was reading up on the soy isoflavones one thing I did see cautioned was that you are influencing your estrogen levels pre ovulation which can cause a hormone imbalance and effect things post ovulation (roughly remembering what i read sorry).

@lucyrp my friend who is also TTC and is one of the only ones who knows I am too, is using them and she said the only thing it's done different is her periods have gone from 3 days to 5, so i might start them and if they change something I don't like I'll come off them!

@Katao now I’m worried I’ve done something to myself! 😩 thing is I did ovulate so it’s a bit weird to have affected the luteal phase but who knows 😬 I think I’ll leave well alone next month!
