It does not happen every month but usually on day 14 or 15 I get what I can only describe as a feeling of wanting to push out my bum really intensely or something being shoved up my bum...it lasts from seconds to half hour. I have realised it happens always at ovulation time.
It is like intense wind in the bum lol
