Success stories...Azoospermia

Hello everyone, after over a year of TTC, my boyfriend and I have found out he has azoospermia (zero sperm in 2 samples). Our doctor is referring us to a urologist (which I imagine will take a while due to covid), but other than that we havent been told what will happen next or our chances. Just after some advice / success stories really as we are both feeling so upset and the uncertainty is driving us mad. Know everyone's stories are different and that it may not be the same for us, but we are in need of some positivity! Anyone have the same problem and go on to have babies? Thank you

@Goldenbee25 not sure if you’re still using this thread.
My DH was diagnosed with Azoospermia. He had hormones and chromosome tests. And a scan to see if there was a blockage. Everything came back normal for him. He had sperm retrieved through an op. We were then able to use this for ICSI. On our forth transfer, we were successful, and now have a DD. So, it can happen.

Thank you so much @BeHereNowx32 I really appreciate your response! I'll try the infertility forum too. We have since booked an appointment with a private urologist for the end of November so fingers crossed we will have some answers by Christmas. I'm so pleased things worked out for you!

Azoospermia here as well. DH underwent sperm retrieval, ICSI worked 2nd time and twin DCs have just finished Uni.
