What is happening??

I wonder could anybody offer an opinion on this:

I have a 20 month old toddler who still breastfeeds a couple of times a day. I’ve had 2 normal periods since he was born but this month it just hasn’t arrived, I’m on day 42 and absolutely no sign. I’ve done 3 pregnancy test, all negative, so that’s not it.

Has this happened to anyone else, periods returning after a baby and then stopping again?

Any insights would be appreciated ☺️

What age are you? Are you on any medication or hormonal contraceptive?

I’m 35, no medication or contraception.

We were hoping to try to conceive again and I’d love to keep breastfeeding my son but maybe I can’t do both? 🤷🏻‍♀️

I have 5months and 13 days old baby. After baby’s birth, my periods cycle was normal (22 Dec, 20 Jan, 22 Feb) but now in March, I got few spots for three days (21,22,23 March). I had an emergency c section with the baby so my concern is whether I am pregnant or not. Pregnant test still shows negative results. Your result comes negative or positive?
