Hi,
I have started trying to track BBT this month but it's really difficult because I never sleep soundly and get up 2-3 times most nights. My chart so far is up and down all over the place...
I take my temp between 7 and 7.30 each morning but is there any other time of day you can take your temp does anyone know? Or maybe BBT just isn't something that is going to work for me.
Any tips/suggestions welcome
