RHR and ovulation?

Can some explain to me in the simplest way possible how to track ovulation using RHR? I recently starting taking my temp this week so it's too soon to go by that. But I have been wearing a Fitbit with a heart monitor for over a year, so I would like to look back at that and see if I can work out roughly when I ovulate. I have been tracking my AF for years too so I have all that info aswell. Thanks in advance ☺️

RHR won't confirm ovulation only tracking your BBT will do that. However I do track my RHR alongside bbt and I have a clear jump after ovulation. From reading posts on here, some people only have a slight increase.

For example my RHR before ovulation is between 58-64. Post ovulation it's 66-73.

I’ve been trying to monitor mine, the red scribble is AF and the green scribble is ovulation. Currently CD7 so going to see if Ovulation follows the same pattern, but at pp said it doesn’t confirm ovulation 😕

Thanks for your reply ladies. I was just interested if I could see a pattern with my RHR and AF over the last year. I will have a look to tomorrow x

@xxchlobo90xx mine generally hits the flow when I get my period, then comes back up for Ovulation, I had abit of a wierd period this month which is why I’m guessing it didn’t drop so much!
