What does implantation feel like (or does it even feel)

Not to be the 'queen of symptom spotting' 👸🏼 but I just wondered if anyone had any experience of what implantation actually feels like.

I don't really fully get what happens in the body after implantation if it doesn't occur. I seem to get dull aches from 'implantation' (or whatever happens in its absence) until the arrival of AF.

Any advice would be wonderful 🥰

Don’t think implantation felt like anything with my DS, but my only real ‘early’ symptom was pretty extreme fatigue

Thanks @Waiting4another did you have any 'pre menstrual cramps' like
Before AF?

I felt implantation, it was like itchy cramps and then I passed a weird lump and tested a week later and it was positive. She’s now a 2 year old,

I didn’t know at the time it was implantation though.

Only felt it in my first pregnancy, I had quite bad what I thought period cramps, worse than normal (I wasn't ttc) was expecting af to arrive but never did and week later got a positive result.
Although I had no cramps for subsequent pregnancies.

Stabby period cramps and had some blood too. Cramping lasted for a good few months, worse at night.

For me it was like period pain. I genuinely thought my period was starting at 7dpo and was beside myself at the thought of a 6 day luteal phase 😂

I never felt a thing at implantation in any of my three pregnancies.

ohidoliketobe · 13/10/2020 20:37

I had what I would describe a stitch type pain for my first two pregnancies.

Waiting4another · 13/10/2020 22:36

I had all the premenstrual symptoms, including cramps, but these would have been a good week after when implantation takes place.

I was freezing cold for a day. Nothing would warm me up. Has happened in three pregnancies
