Stress affecting period?

Hello !

Had a really stresfull week when af showed up, I usually have a day or two (max) spotting after af but it is CD9 and still spotting! It started off (sorry tmi) being a really think brown now trailing off into pink.... I have no idea when or if I will ovulate this month now. I am sure because of the stress I have been under, it has fucked my cycle up this month 😔 has anyone else experienced this?

Afaik, stress can delay ovulation, therefore delaying your period. I’ve never heard of the actual period changing style.

I agree with NellNorth. You might just be having a wonky one off cycle, it's not that unusual!

Oh ok, it is just very unusual for me to have a cycle like this!
