Early testing

What's the earliest you've tried a pregnancy test and got a BFP. I am ttc. My AF not due for another 10 days but yesterday I got a slight bleed which looked exactly the same as the implantation bleed I had when pregnant with DS1, sort of brown blood. Also suffering from heartburn the last few days which I've only ever had when pregnant, although I think it would be to early for any sypmtoms. Any thoughts?

I WOULDNT THINK THE HEARTBURN WOULD HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH BEING PREGNANT AT THIS EARLY STAGE BUT I WOULD DEFINATELY DO A TEST. YOU CAN GET THOSE TESTS THAT PICK UP WHETHER YOUR PREGNANT BEFORE YOUR PERIOD IS EVEN DUE. GOOD LUCK XXX

alibobster, I'm in the same boat, AF not due till next Weds but feeling sicky and heartburny, prob just my imagination (DS just turned one). Would it be likely to be preg? I only had one period, just stopped breastfeeding, but it only took one month last time, whoops!

Are you ttc GG? Deep down I don't think it could happen so quick for me as it took 2 years ttc ds1. I'll keep my fingers crossed for boh of us. Mummyof2boys, can you get tests that would know this early?

hi Ali, not really TTC, but just not using contraception, but only had one period cos only just stopped bf, so this would be the first month.. I must say I felt like I ovulated.. Are you TTC? It is really annoying waiting and feeling like you either have or haven't got all the symptoms.. we'll have to hang in there til day 1 of missed period, I suppose!

My period was due on a friday. I tested on the monday before and it was positive and went for an early scan which said I was less pregnant that I thoght so I must have got my positive 5 days before I was due with a first response and a boots own test.
