This might be a silly question. In the past, I've had ovarian cysts and I typically start feeling the pain maybe 7-10 days before I get my period. My husband and I are currently TTC baby #1. I've been using OPKs but all have been negative. Yesterday I started feeling the same pain as I usually do when I know I have a cyst. Is this a sign that I'm close to ovulating? Or that I've already ovulated? Does anyone have experience with this? Thanks!
