Hi everyone,
I’m new to this website but basically my husband and I are using the withdrawal method of contraception at the moment. We are going to start trying next April ish as our wedding celebration has been postponed to June due to Covid. We are legally married but I want to fit in my dress for June 😂
He is positive he’s withdrawing in well enough time. Don’t want to give too much info but I would say it seems like it too. We’ve been doing it for about a year and we’ve been fine.
My period is 11 days late. I usually track it on Flo. My cycles are anywhere between 30-36 days. It’s been about 45 days.
I’ve done 2 Tesco tests (one at 5 days and one at 7). I also did a Clear Blue digital at 9 days and nothing.
I feel like I’m stressing myself out because I want something to come! Either a BFP or AF!
I know nobody can really know but how likely is it that I’m pregnant? I didn’t think I was but when my period is just failing to come I get worried and think I am.
I was really really tired for 2 days last week (usually stay up until 11PM and couldn’t stay awake at 8:30PM), I’ve had niggling cramps but no period. And maybe I’m being really paranoid but I have pains in my arm which I googled and they said that could be pregnancy too 😩 apart from the teeny cramps I don’t feel like my period is coming at all.
So I really am all over the shop. If my period doesn’t come for another 2 weeks and there’s another negative test, I will go back to the doctors.
What’s the chances of conceiving even though the withdrawal was successful, and with negative tests? I just don’t know whether there’s something wrong with me or not 🤷🏼♀️
Thank you for your time
