Positive test and cramping

I had a bit of disconfort like a PMS pain on lower belly pain uncomfortable to sleep in any position on the 6 October. 7 October I didn't have any sintoms or pain. I had a positive pregnancy test 8 October and became immediately positive with strong line.. and I had a bit of stomach pain and cramping during the day. My period was due yesterday 8 October but didn't arrived, I didn't have any bleeding or similar. I might be take another test tomorrow with another brand. I'm looking to be pregnant since September

This morning I took another test (first response) and became immediately positive before the 3 min of the waiting time of the test..should I try a clear blue test?
What I have to do now? My period is only 2 days late. Sometimes my period is 30 days, and other month 28days.
For make sure that is not a false positive.. should I wait more time and take another test in 3-4 days?
Or I should call the doctor Monday morning? (I just I can't believe that I got pregnant on the first attempt)

If FRER positive result came up within the time then it is positive. You can try digital since AF is 2 days late

My first test was a Sansubry brand the second I used First Response 6 day earlier. I'm gonna try the digital clear blue aswell ad see
