CD55, no AF, negative IC’s

I’m currently 22 days for AF, haven’t had a period since 13th August. I’ve got sore, veiny, heavy/full feeling boobs, nipples are sensitive, lower back pain - sometimes the pain radiates round to my lower abdomen/hips, bloated, tired, headaches.

I did have a metallic taste but haven’t had that for a few days now. I was having twinges/pulling sensation in my left side for a couple of weeks but that seems to have subsided as well. My vivid dreams have also passed.

I’ve took 6 month breaks from the pill before and been a few days late but I’ve never missed 2 periods in a row.

I’ve also had a miscarriage before when I didn’t know I was pregnant (I was actively taking the pill at this point) and when I went to the doctor 12 hours later, the test was negative which I think means there was no HCG detectable. My mum also got pregnant while on the pill and she still had “periods” (I think her withdrawal bleeds) when she was pregnant with my sister so she didn’t find out she was pregnant until she was a few months gone.

I’m wondering if it’s possible that I am pregnant but the HCG is just taking a really long time to build up hence the negative tests or if there’s something really wrong with me? I don’t have any symptoms of PCOS and I’ve never really had any trouble in this area before.

Just wondering what I should do? I’ve bought Agnes Castus but unsure if I should start taking it incase I am pregnant.

Sorry 22 days late. And I came off the pill on 9th of June, had withdrawal bleed then 29 day cycle then 32 day cycle.

I am also peeing like mad. Waking up several times a night which I never normally do.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Your symptoms sound similar to pregnancy or af coming soon but as you haven't had af since August I think it's best to call your gp for them to find the cause.
Hopefully you could get blood tests and a scan to see what's causing the bladder weakness, don't mean to worry you but there could be other health reasons other than pregnancy so always best to get it checked.
