? AF / Implantation? Please help x

Hi all!

I'm so confused....

Usually between 27-32 day cycle.

Day 29 today. Yesterday thought AF had started! Cramps then spotting. Usually by now 24 hours on full flow dark red etc but it's like this photo?

It's our first month trying - did test day 26 negative. Not got any more tests!

What's anyone think? Is it to late for implantation? It's really watery and like pale pink x

Do you know when you ovulated? Nit based solely on an app, but something like OPK tests and/or BBT.
Implantation usually happens between 7-11 days after ovulation.

If you ovulated on day 14, then today you are 15 days post ovulation so this can't be implantation bleeding and it's most likely AF. However, apps base their predictions on statistics from your previous cycles which is a wildly inaccurate way of going about it, as cycles can vary a lot. Unfortunately, either way, there is not much you can do but wait for AF and test if it's late. Given you said that your cycles are between 29-32 days, I would test again on day 34 if AF hasn't arrived. Keeping my fingers crossed for you!
