I only started taking Agnus Castus about five days ago after I was having irregular/some anovulatory cycles after stopping the pill. I'm fairly certain I ovulated yesterday after a positive OPK three days in a row and a temp rise this morn.
What I want to know is did you take Agnus Castus throughout your cycle, or did you stop after ovulation? To be honest I only took half the recommended dose anyway and for a very short time, so not sure if it even helped, but CD25 is the earliest I've ovulated so far. Also not clear on whether I have a 'normal' LP or not as the only chart where I know I did ovulate isn't entirely clear how long my LP is, although I think it may have been 12 days at a guess!
