Hi @MamaPheebz, hope you're ok. Good to see you're still on the Bus. The OPKs are confusing but it's one of those things where you don't know when your peak is until after it's happened, hindsight 🙄. I usually just play it that if i see the line getting darker then we DTD until the line fades and a bit after that. That's why I do temping too because I usually get a temp dip just before ov so it usually lines up with my opks and CM and then I have a temp rise the next day at which point I usually stop DTD. That's how I try to time it. My app chart works really well if I give it a lot of data. I know it doesn't always work out that way but if you can track as many signs as possible they collectively help to paint a picture. This month for me it proved my point that I only did temping and without all the CM and OPK data as well as my first gradual temp rise since temping, my app hasn't been able to pinpoint ov. I wish I had at least taken note of my CM, oh well 🤪. x

Hi @kimberley94 I'm very sorry for your loss. Baby dust to you and fx for your BFP this month! x

Girls, has anyone ever had creamy CM everyday after ov that continued to a BFP? My CM normally dries up after ov and then around implantation I sometimes get stretchy snotty stuff (sorry), but this month have had creamy lotion type CM continuous from about 3/4dpo till now 8/9dpo.
Also the last few days I've had stuffy/runny nose and sneezing. Anyone else experienced these symptoms and got a BFP after?

@SarahMumof1DS thank you!! I just did another and it’s completely white! I have no idea what’s going on haha, maybe it’s the PCOS!

SparkyLauz · 18/10/2020 15:58

@gracie2307 hi Gracie, not brilliant i think AF is on the way as the usual pre AF spotting has started, also went through my calendar and realised that this was cycle 7 of ttc not 6 like I originally thought, had a bit of a cry last night after probably too much prosecco! How are you doing? Xx

SparkyLauz · 18/10/2020 16:03

@jessicalouise10 congratulations on the engagement!! X

MamaPheebz · 18/10/2020 16:03

@SarahMumof1DS

I’ve had 3 pregnancies now and my first signs/symptoms were increase CM so fingers crossed for you. Other symptoms I had were acne and mood swings.

I’m hoping I’ve ovulated early. I did with my son so it feels like a good sign.

Hope you are ok :)

SarahMumof1DS · 18/10/2020 16:08

@Kg87 yeah that's confusing! Seems like it must be related to the PCOS. Have you read up about it interfering with LH levels?

SarahMumof1DS · 18/10/2020 16:15

@MamaPheebz I'm ok thanks. Thanks for that and maybe it's a positive sign. Do you remember if it was creamy or not?

Yes fx it's a good sign for you. I ovulated early with my DS too!

Kg87 · 18/10/2020 16:17

@SarahMumof1DS yeah I’ve read a bit online that says you can have multiple positives with PCOS so maybe this is that scenario or maybe I did another too soon and with dilute urine, I’ll probably do another tonight and see 😊

SarahMumof1DS · 18/10/2020 16:23

@Kg87 oh really well that doesn't help. I'm not the best person to ask about it, but I can tell you that I've read that your LH levels increase through the day so I don't think it comes down to diluted pee especially in my experience so far. Hope that helps at least. Sounds like you might get through a lot of test strips! Have you got lots of cheapies?

@SarahMumof1DS ah that’s interesting! Yeah I’ve got a few packs haha. The doctor thinks I’ll ovulate sometime before Friday so I’ll be testing all week anyway, I seem to get a positive or near positive around the middle of the day but so difficult to test at work!

ValliBec · 18/10/2020 16:53

@jessicalouise10 huge congratulations! That’s such exciting news!

MamaPheebz · 18/10/2020 17:15

Yes creamy but not thick and sticky. Almost watery. X

Bmeggar · 18/10/2020 17:24

Ladies, I’m struggling today. Been ttc since Jan 2020, stopped using contraception in Oct 2019 (a whole YEAR ago! 😱). Got pregnant in July/August, after lots of crappy scans, had a d&c at 9weeks. That was almost 4 weeks ago. Whilst going through miscarriage, 4 of my close girlfriends announced their pregnancies (same due date month as I would have been 😔). Started ttc again immediately after bleeding from d&c had stopped, REALLY hoped to get pregnant again immediately but instead I got my period (early) this morning. So today, I’m gutted. Low, miserable FED UP of trying and feeling hopeless. I know in the grand scheme of infertility that 10/11 months trying isn’t long but this feels like an eternity. I have a 4yr old and so hoped that he’d have a baby brother/sister by now 😔 Instead there’s no sniff of a sibling. Eugh. Sorry. Just venting. Amazing hubby but still feel alone, obsessive, and a bit depressed...x

Dogmum13 · 18/10/2020 17:52

Cramping started today for me so think I'm out this month but tbh after this long we both don't think it's going to happen naturally anyway. We're just waiting for the 12 month mark so we can go to the gp. I have however had really bad acne like 30 spots all down one side of my face in patches. I never even got acne as a teenager just the odd random spot but increased the amount I was using my face mask 2 weeks ago so it's most likely a reaction to that.

kimberley94 · 18/10/2020 18:13

@SarahMumof1DS thank you hun I’ve no idea about the creamy CM but I’ve got it too? 2 days before AF due, not loads of it either Hmm xx

@Bmeggar I’m really sorry to hear about your loss hun, it can be really hard when your close friends announce their pregnancy’s and then your going through grief while still being happy for them, fingers crossed this cycle will be your cycle are you using temping or OPKs or anything?xx

gracie2307 · 18/10/2020 18:48

@SparkyLauz I am so sorry that you aren't feeling so great 😔. It can be really hard. The most important thing is to be kind to yourself. It is gutting when AF arrives but trying to take some time for yourself helps ease it. Have you talked to your DH about how you feel?

Yeah I'm ok thank you, I think I started spotting earlier so I think I am out this month too ☹ Hang in there and always here if you need to talk. The most important thing is supporting one another xx

Bmeggar · 18/10/2020 18:58

Thanks @kimberley94 🙏 I’m tracking opk’s although not sure if this last lot were accurate as still had HCG in my system. I’m fairly sure I did ovulate (felt particularly frisky 🤣🤦🏼‍♀️) but the opks stayed ‘high’ for almost a week which obvs isn’t normal. Just gonna write this month off and start tracking temp and opk once period stops. Feel like if it doesn’t happen this next month then I might stop until the new year - just so I can relax, drink wine and enjoy Xmas! What a shitty year 2020 is! I know lots of worse things have happened for others this year, and am genuinely grateful for what I have. It’s just a bit exhausting sometimes. 😴 xx

PurplePops · 18/10/2020 19:01

Congratualtions @jessicalouise10 xx

SunnydazeQ · 18/10/2020 19:12

@jessicalouise10 how lovely!! Congratulations!!! 🎉🎉🎉

SunnydazeQ · 18/10/2020 19:16

@gracie2307 how are you hon? Hope you had a great weekend with your friends! You're not out until AF arrives so keep positive. 🤞xx

I've had a wonderful weekend with hubby doing nothing but random lovely things like repotting a few plants, making granola, applesauce and a nice lentil curry 😊 We've enjoyed cuddling in this weather and watch movies 🧡 Love autumn

SunnydazeQ · 18/10/2020 19:23

@Bmeggar so sorry to hear it's been so tough for you. You've got us here on the forum so venting is totally fine. Big hugs 🤗

ValliBec · 18/10/2020 20:24

@Bmeggar aww I’m sorry to hear what you’ve been going through. When I had my Mmc two of my best friends were pregnant - one due the same week I was due and I found it really tough. Have you tried talking to your friends about it? I told my friends I felt crappy and was struggling and they were really good about it. It’s good that you’ve got such a supportive hubby but we are all here in the same boat so feel free to vent away ☺️

Bmeggar · 18/10/2020 20:33

Awww thank you @SunnydazeQ and @ValliBec, so kind and supportive of you to post back. 😘 Feeling a bit better this evening after a bucket of wine...the one small thing that makes a period when ttc bearable! 👌xxx
