i have wasted a stupid amount of money on pg tests over the last 8y (esp over the last 2) yet, its 10dpo again and my purse/body is twitching for some wee-stick action again. anyone want to join me in NOT testing?

I must confess I slipped up once during this 2ww. now i feel like i've finally learnt to control my testing urges I'll be 14dpo tomorrow, don't want to test. i like not knowing.

day 3 of not testing, and feeling quite confident. woke up this morning, sat up in bed and a wave of nausea hit me, had full brekkie and felt much much better. how are the other non-testers going?

Testing is BAD lissie, don't do it.

Stay 'not knowing' until your waters break...that's my plan from now on (well, it will be when I've used up my last test).

DG don't loose hope dear. You're still a bit early. With my DC1, I got the dread BFN early on...twice (yes, I'm a former addict). Wait just a few more days. Give your body time to build that good hormone.

as a newbie to this, when can you test? I would normally wait till about a week overdue

and what's dpo?

I'm in a bit of a dilemma, I had a 'proper' period on 1st September (usual week long ), went at it like a pair of rabbits around the 12 - 20 Sept, then had a very light bleed on the 29th Sept. It was due date and I had pain just before (implantation??). The bleed lasted about 36 hours - never been known before to be that short. I'm now on day 15 and still haven't had the EWCM that I should have had by now, so I'm wondering................

Money a bit tight, so I would like a couple of second (or third or fourth......) opinions before I go and spend a tenner on a test

No other symptoms at all but I do tend to be symptom free.

dpo means Days Past Ovulation. it does sound likely lilibet. if i were you i would test (get a cheapie from tesco or asda £3.88 for 2) just to make sure.

dont worry about it, the day before i found out i was pg with ds i went to a vvv wild party and got wasted. and he's fine. how heavy was your bleed?

ah well, had to go tot he tip which is about 5 miles away form our house, there is a Morrisons nearby, thought I would be safe from people I knoew thete - saw four people, but had the test hidden under my poppadoms!

And they only had predictors

still not testing, got a bit of backache earlier but high up rather than low and im absolutely STARVING. i was going to test today but had a 4am wee and decided that it wouldnt be an accurate result. i know this sounds daft, but i feel quite hopeful this month, must be all the not ttc!

well, af is due tomorrow.

hugely swollen, tender boobs: check
swollen belly: check
nausea: check
HPT: still not testing (my personal best)

but, got loads of cm. had to keep checking in case af had come early its so much (sorry if tmi. WTF's that all about?
