So, trying for a 4th and final baby. We have 2 boys and had a baby girl that was born sleeping. We've been 'properly' trying for about 3 months and I've been using the clearblue digital ovulation tests for the first time this month. I also use the Clue app to track my cycle but my cycle has been iffy since having LLETZ last year.
I got a positive flashing smiley face on cycle day 11. Another on day 12 in the morning, and then the peak solid smiley face on day 12 in the evening. This is about a week earlier than I thought I'd ovulate but had egg white mucus too so thought I must have been wrong.
So on cycle day 17 (when according to Clue I was at peak ovulation) I did another test and sure enough it was a solid smiley face again.
This morning, which is day 24, I did another test and got the positive flashing smiley face again.
I've been backing up the digital test with the cheap strip tests so I can figure out how to read them properly (digital is expensive!) and they're all definitely positive.
I've heard positive ovulation tests late in your cycle can be an indicator of pregnancy but it's still a week until my period is due and I don't want to get my hopes up! Also DH is bringing home more pregnancy tests tonight after work as I'm all out lol.
Is there another explanation for all the positives? Is it normal? I googled but got conflicting advice. If anyone has had similar happen to them I'd very much appreciate to know what your outcome was.
