Possible chemical pregnancy?

Hi all, I think I’m experiencing a chemical pregnancy but I’m not sure what to do or whether it is one.

My cycle is normally 33 days, 4 day period.

I started spotting on day 27 and I thought It may be implantation as I don’t normally spot at all. I got excited but held out to do a pregnancy test as I wanted to wait until after missed period. On day 28 I started bleeding very heavily very suddenly.

I thought it was my period coming early however my period is normally on day 33 every month and this time I also didn’t get my usual PMS symptoms of mood swings which I would normally get three days before period.

Today on what would be day 29 usually, I woke up to extremely heavy bleeding, it had soaked through the pad and my pyjamas. I usually suffer with very heavy periods due to endometriosis but this is even heavier than that, something I didn’t think possible and there also appears to be tissue.

I did a pregnancy test which came back negative but I’m not sure it would show positive now anyway if it was a chemical pregnancy?

I’m devastated either way. But I guess some clarity would help process whether it’s an early period or a chemical pregnancy.

I’d just love some advice from you lovely ladies ❤️
