TTC for 1 month with 1st.
It's so tempting to do a test! I have heavy achy boobs and cramps. AF due in 11 days Grin

Thanks @Jaysdream7. I've had 4 miscarriages in the last 3 years since having DS and these tests are just cheap ones so I'm not jumping for joy just yet! Will hang on a while before getting carried away Grin

Jellytot91 · 07/10/2020 16:43

Hello ladies

How is everyone feeling today?
I still have cramping, weird pulling feeling this morning in my lower abdomen and sore boobs.

It's 8dpo for me today and I caved! OH kept talking about having kids and I POAS.
Could this be a faint line?

Hi can I join??
Apparently I'm 1dpo according to my app 😁 first month ttc #2! Caught on in first month last time (October too!) hoping it's our month!

Rococo90 · 07/10/2020 17:02

@jellytot91 I definitely see a faint blue line but hear those tests are notorious for evap lines. I'd say stay patient and give it a couple of days and test again but I'd be a hypocrite coz I will absolutely test tomorrow lol

Char899 · 07/10/2020 17:17

@Jellytot91 I see a line! Fx crossed for you 🤞🏼

Braxos · 07/10/2020 18:13

@DressingGownofDoom everything crossed this one is your sticky one!

@Jellytot91 i can deffo see 'something' but like @Rococo90 said those tests can be a bit dodge, so maybe get a frer and test again in a few days!

@Mommabear20 everyone is welcome here. Good luck with ttc no2! Hoping you are just as lucky as last time! How old is your little one?

Im feeling soo hormonal today and i dont reckon thats a good sign. Think maybe its PMS creeping up. I dunno, i just dont feel pregnant? But only 7 dpo so who knows!

Mommabear20 · 07/10/2020 18:24

@Braxos thank you! DD is only 3 months old as we want them as close in age as possible, we know the first few years will be tough with 2 under 2, but hoping that it'll be easier in the long run!

Braxos · 07/10/2020 18:26

Mine are 6 & 7 and i can assure you.. it does not get easier 😂😂🙏🙏

Buttt goodluck to you anyway haha!

Jellytot91 · 07/10/2020 18:34

Thanks @Rococo90 !

What tests would you recommend? I find the clear blue ones so frustrating!

Jellytot91 · 07/10/2020 18:35

Welcome @Mommabear20 !

Hope we all get our little bundles this month!! FX!!

OP posts:
Rococo90 · 07/10/2020 18:36

I'm not entirely sure which ones are best as I'm new to this lol just seen so many people on here saying how awful they are and I usually see them resorting back to cheap internet/£shop ones before a FRER x

Jellytot91 · 07/10/2020 18:39

Ah I see! I'm new to this too so I totally understand! AF due in 7 days so will get a frer for the weekend!

OP posts:
Char899 · 07/10/2020 18:43

@Jellytot91 @Rococo90 go for pink dye tests rather than blue. Blue tests are notorious for giving false hope as the dye can leak and cause evaporation lines! Especially if left for a while. Never happened to me personally but I know it has to many others. I think that’s why so many people like FRER

Braxos · 07/10/2020 18:44

Yep ICs ('internet cheapies' - you can pick lile 30 for up £3 but they are 10miu so very sensitive - they are the ones they use in hospitals) and FRERs are your besties really!

Char899 · 07/10/2020 18:45

@Jellytot91 @Rococo90 not sure if you’ve looked and sorry if you’ve already said but look on amazon for the strip tests. You can get like 20 pink dye strip tests for the price of 1 clear blue

Char899 · 07/10/2020 18:46

Yep what @Braxos said lol

Rococo90 · 07/10/2020 18:49

@Char899 @Braxos yeah I've bought the IC myself lol just don't want to go recommending them when I'm not 100% sure what people choose 😊 thanks ladies

bez91 · 07/10/2020 21:11

@Jellytot91 I can see something, maybe try again at the weekend!

I'm now 6/7dpo, had some CM today consistent with AF being on the way so we shall see, just 8 more days to go until I test Grin

xoJellyBean · 07/10/2020 21:24

Is anyone feeling any symptoms?🤣🙈

Braxos · 07/10/2020 22:16

Ive got horrendous heartburn tonight, proper coming up in my throat type. Im trying not to get excited but with both boys i suffered so badly with heartburn from day dot til they popped out... i mean. Im not thrilled that that might be the case for a third time, but its a good sign in terms of ttcing lol!

Jellytot91 · 07/10/2020 22:45

@xoJellyBean
I've had achy, heavy boobs and sore nips, cramping, back pain and been very emotional since Saturday (4dpo) AF due in 7/8 days and these symptoms I've got are similar to PMS however it's very unusual for me to have symptoms!

@Braxos Sounds a good sign!

Anyone else got symptoms?!

OP posts:
Jellytot91 · 07/10/2020 22:46

@Jaysdream7

Any update on your test results?

OP posts:
Jellytot91 · 07/10/2020 22:47

@Char899

Brilliant, thanks! I'm definitely going to get some cheapies as these Clear Blues are so expensive & giving me blinking evaporation lines!

OP posts:
Jaysdream7 · 07/10/2020 23:06

Hi @Jellytot91 I’m not going to retest unless af late. No symptoms. Clear blur Evaps for me too. Will never buy again. This was after an hour.,,,from days ago was faint line straight away

4dpo who's with me?!
DressingGownofDoom · 08/10/2020 00:32

@Jaysdream7 it's so hard not knowing isn't it. Bloody tests.

My symptoms seem to have vanished which surely means AF is on the way. I'm craving a Bombay bad boy though but I think I might just be greedy Grin
