It's so tempting to do a test! I have heavy achy boobs and cramps. AF due in 11 days Grin

@Jellytot91 ahh so lovely! I think the 1 bubba is the most exciting, although also the most nerve wracking! Brilliant that your AF is regular though, should hopefully help with the ttcing. Although you never know, lots of people catch on their first go!

Im already googling 'symptoms at 3dpo..", dont think i have anything yet! - this is gonna be a long month 😂

bez91 · 04/10/2020 11:42

@Calmondeck congratulations that's fab!

@Braxos good idea! I'm 29, married, been together since we were 15 🙈 TTC our 2nd, our DD is almost 3. Similar to you in that waiting major surgery for her this month. We held off TTC before because of it but we thought we can't hold on forever! Cycle 3, last cycle had a CP so my cycle seems a bit messed up.

@Jellytot91 good that the cramps have eased up. I'm starting to get a few shooting pains which I had last month but not getting my hopes up!

Rococo90 · 04/10/2020 12:08

@braxos great idea!
I'm 30 and have an 11yo DD, got pregnant with her when I was 18 and vowed I was never having another child lol. Met my current partner over a year and a half ago and have been broody since. We've talked about kids and he knows I'm dying to have a baby. Things have been rough the past month or so, just lost track of the days and didn't take my pill. So we DTD and I'd said to him to pull out but he forgot 😅 tmi I know lol so he said if we're preg then we're preg 🤷‍♀️ I'd be thrilled! I'm still unsure of my OD as Flo says 28th but another app I have says 29th and I'm still getting used to all this lol. So I'm either 6 days or 7 DPO. Flo says today wouls be the day of implantation with tiredness and oily skin and hair.. I have that anyway 🤣🙈 my cramps are just constant now and thinking I may get an early AF, hope not!

Braxos · 04/10/2020 12:34

@bez91 lovely to 'meet you' - hope everything goes well with DDs surgery, its such a scary time isnt it! Sorry to hear about the CP we had one early this year and it affected me more than i thought it would! Fx the next bean is extraaa sticky!

@Rococo90 nothing is too much information on these threads i find haha! 11 years gap is gonna feel like youre doing it all for the first time isnt it! Does it worry you? I worry about my gap of 6 years.. altho DD2 is still very 'young', still in nappies, doesnt sleep through the night blah blah, so shouldnt be too much of a shock lol! You're similar to me then hoping for a 'whoopsy baby' haha! Sending you allllll the baby dust in the world!

Rococo90 · 04/10/2020 12:41

@braxos absolutely! Scared out my mind but excited at the same time lol my big sis has a 1 and a half year old and my best friend has a 7 month old so I feel like I'm still kinda in the loop lol always seem to be surrounded by babies. It'll take some adjusting to as you say, starting all over again because DD can do everything for herself. She may want to help out lol. Thanks lovely, and to you! 😊Star

Jaysdream7 · 04/10/2020 13:08

Hi lovelies. I have a 15 year old and a 4 year old so know all about the big gap. Trying for number 3 for many years fallen quite easy just not managed to hang onto them. Xx

40PlusTTC · 04/10/2020 13:25

Love a bit of “get to know you” chat. It seems there are a few of us with big age gaps here which is unusual.

I’m 42. I have three kids and was definitely done. Then I got accidentally pregnant in lockdown. At first I thought it was a disaster then we all got excited and decided it was great. Then I had a missed miscarriage. I am TTC again because we were all so excited before the loss.

I’ve always conceived instantly before, all three of my children and the miscarriage were conceived without any though as to when I ovulate or anything like that. This time it feels different and this is our third month trying.

40PlusTTC · 04/10/2020 13:25

I should have said that my kids are 13, 11 and 7.

Braxos · 04/10/2020 13:30

@Jaysdream7 sorry to hear about the ones you never got to meet. Everything crossed that this is the month of the stickybeans! Lovely to hear about the age gap though, shows us all it can be done!

@40PlusTTC sorry for your loss. At least like you said its shown you all what you really want. Hoping this is your month!

Its amazing isnt it, you never think about how other peoples "lives" are going until you are all going through this shared experience!

Praying to the storks that we all get those bundles we so desperately want!

Jellytot91 · 04/10/2020 20:05

Lovely to meet everyone

Wishing everyone good luck!
Just finished doing some cleaning, had to lay down due to the cramps and bloating! All very unusual for this early before AF.

OP posts:
Braxos · 04/10/2020 22:29

@Jellytot91 ooh hopefully implantation bloat!

Braxos · 04/10/2020 22:45

Ooh im having a bit of twitchy heavy left sided feelings.. im 99% sure i only ever ovulate from the left side - right side surgical trauma from an old injury - so that could be a good sign!

Rococo90 · 05/10/2020 07:13

Girls, I don't know why but I don't a test today, couldn't resist 🙈 of course it was a bfn. 6/7 dpo and 5 since we dtd so no chance of a positive.

Woke up with sore boobs still, a bit nauseous and still have a sore head. The cramps are still there and feel like AF so I just think she's coming this month, though not due for another 8 days

Braxos · 05/10/2020 07:41

@Rococo90 awh its so hard to wait isnt it! Like you said, probably just too early still! All good symptoms tho!

Ive woken up feeling bloated and still a bit twitchy on the left side 🙏

Rococo90 · 05/10/2020 07:44

@braxos it really is!
Mine is mainly on the right side, how many DPO are you?

Braxos · 05/10/2020 07:51

@Rococo90 4 or 5 i think. I think my peak was 5 days ago, but we dtd 4 days ago, so i dunno how that works 😂🤷‍♀️

4dpo who's with me?!
Rococo90 · 05/10/2020 08:10

@braxos I'm exactly the same as you, dtd a day later but flow says its fine so.. who knows haha

Jellytot91 · 05/10/2020 08:11

@Rococo90 @Braxos

Woke up today 6dpo now, still heavy sore boobs, mild cramps, headache, emotional for no reason again and bloated. We dtd day before ovulation.
I am so tempted to test too Confused I'm fighting it badly! AF due in 9 days now.

Brax, I dtd the day before ovulation too

Jellytot91 · 05/10/2020 09:14

Is anyone else extremely tired?!

OP posts:
bez91 · 05/10/2020 09:47

@Jellytot91 I am pretty tired, more so than normal but I've found since stopping the pill I have a couple of really sluggish days about a week before AF. Having a lot of twinges and cramping last night and today.

Braxos · 05/10/2020 10:06

@Jellytot91 im always tired so hard to tell 😂

I hate this limbo feeling, makes me feel all weird and angsty.. maybe thats a symptom hahaha!

Jaysdream7 · 05/10/2020 10:06

Help! I am 7 or 8 dpo but this is the second day with these line from clear blue early. 4 tests have shown these lines. First response was negative. I am officially too early or test apparently Wednesday is the earliest but surely these all can’t be wrong. You will have to zoom super faint but def there

4dpo who's with me?!
Braxos · 05/10/2020 10:35

@Jaysdream7 i dont have to zoom and i can deffo see something - perhaps you are further along than you think? I know that blue dyes are notorious for false pos, but as you say hopefully they cant be wrong x4. Its so hard but maybe wait a few days and take a frer. Wishing you so much babydust luck xx

Jaysdream7 · 05/10/2020 10:37

@Braxos thank you for taking the time to look. It’s driving me insane esp as I am due to have an op next week xx

Braxos · 05/10/2020 10:47

@Jaysdream7 oh dear, how stressful! Is it something that can be delayed? Im sure you will know for definite by next week anyway, especially if you are getting faint lines already!
