Hi everyone. I’m getting a bit stuck with taking my temp during night shifts. When I got in from work this morning I took my temp before a shower and it was 36.6. I went to bed and took it when I woke up after about 2.5/3 hours sleep and it was 36.85. Which one should I chart? I struggle with temping on nights as my sleep is really broken, only a couple of hours max and tend to just nap between shifts as I can’t stay asleep! Any advise is appreciated x
